Bus Puno – Copacabana

This trip Bus from Puno to Copacabana takes about (2 hours 45 minutes) from Puno city until Kasani (border between Peru and Bolivia) where we will start the process of verification and passport control (20-30 minutes) then we continue the trip for 30 minutes more until to arrive at Copacabana, known for its beautiful islands of the sun and moon and religious celebrations. During the trip we can contemplate the beauty of Lake Titicaca because the most part of route is given along the lake.

What Is Included?

ITINERARY (MORNNG)
• 07:00 a.m. - Pick up from your hotel (downtown).
• 07:30 a.m. - Departure to Copacabana from bus terminal
• 10:00 a.m. -Stop at the border (20-30min) for migration documentation
• 12:00 p.m.(Bolivia Time) - Arrival in Copacabana

ITINERARY (NOON)
• 13:30 p.m. - Pick up from your hotel (downtown).
• 14:00 PM - Departure to Copacabana from bus terminal
• 16:30 PM. -Stop at the border (20-30min) for migration documentation
• 17:30 PM (Bolivian Time) - Arrival in Copacabana

What is not included?

• Food/drinks on board (Please bring your own snacks or drinks).
• US Travelers must pay a tourist visa tax of $160USD to enter Bolivia.

Important: Please visit the Bolivian embassy to find out what are the requirements for you to enter Bolivia. This is your responsibility. Your passport must have 6-month validity at the time of entry. If entering Bolivia from Peru then the passport you use must be the same passport used to enter Peru. If you have dual citizenship, you cannot switch passports at the Bolivian Border. You may also need a visa if you are a passport holder from countries from Group 2 or Group 3.
