Flight and airline Terms and Conditions
1. No-Show PolicyPassengers must arrive at the designated time before flight departure. Failure to show up at the indicated time will be considered a No-Show, and the airline reserves the right to allocate the slot to another passenger. A No-Show will incur a 100% penalty (no refund, no exceptions).
2. Passenger RequirementsPassengers must present themselves in person with a valid and original passport or identity document. All service vouchers must be paid in full and presented in either physical or digital form.
3. Cancellation Policy- 35% penalty for cancellations made within 72 hours of the flight.
- 60% penalty for cancellations made within 48 hours of the flight.
- 100% penalty for cancellations made within 24 hours of the flight (considered a No-Show).
Cancellations must be made via our 24-hour WhatsApp line or customer service numbers (emails may go to spam).
4. Flight Cancellations Due to WeatherIf a flight is canceled due to weather conditions, the airline will offer alternative travel dates based on availability. No refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations.
5. Delays and LiabilityThe airline or booking company is not responsible for any losses, damages, or inconveniences caused by flight delays or schedule changes.
6. Restricted PassengersThe airline reserves the right to deny boarding to:
- Passengers under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or narcotics.
- Passengers with a physical or health condition deemed incompatible with the flight.
- Passengers carrying weapons, ammunition, explosives, or other dangerous items.
- Passengers carrying objects that cause discomfort or are unsuitable for transport.
The airline is not liable for any risks passengers may face during the flight, except in cases of proven negligence. The booking agency is exempt from liability in disputes; passengers must address any concerns directly with the airline.
8. Security MeasuresIf a pilot determines that a passenger poses a security risk, they may deny boarding or request disembarkation. In such cases, the airline will refund the fare to the booking company, minus a 10% administrative fee. The booking company will retain its commission.
9. Airline’s Responsibility in Flight CancellationsIf the airline cancels a flight or refuses to admit a passenger, its sole responsibility is to refund the booking agency the amount paid.
10. Luggage and Valuables- Passengers must not include valuables (e.g., cash, jewelry), fragile, or easily damaged items in their luggage.
- Such items are not eligible for compensation in case of damage or loss.
- Lost tickets are non-refundable and will not be reissued.
