Flight & Airline Terms and Conditions — Nazca Lines Flights (Departures from Ica)
These terms apply to scenic flights over the Nazca Lines departing from Ica. By booking or boarding, each passenger accepts these conditions.

1. No-Show Policy
Passengers must arrive at the Ica Airport check-in counter at the designated reporting time. Failure to arrive on time is classified as a No-Show, and the airline may allocate the slot to another traveler. A No-Show carries a 100% penalty (non-refundable).

2. Passenger Requirements
- Present yourself with a valid original passport or national ID.
- Ensure all flight vouchers are fully paid and presented in printed or digital form.

3. Cancellation Policy
- USD 10 cancellation fee if notice is given 6+ days before the flight.
- Non-refundable if cancellation is made within 6 days of departure.
- Cancellations must be made via our 24-hour WhatsApp or customer service numbers (emails may go to spam).

4. Weather Cancellations
If a flight is canceled due to weather (fog, wind, rain, low visibility), the airline will reschedule to the next available slot. No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations.
Important: If the flight has already taken off and is disrupted or shortened due to weather, no refunds will be issued (force majeure).

5. Delays and Liability
The airline and booking agency are not responsible for delays or inconveniences caused by weather, air traffic, or operational issues. They are not liable for losses or additional expenses caused by delays.

6. Restricted Passengers
The airline may deny boarding to passengers:
- Under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- With a health condition incompatible with the flight.
- Carrying weapons, explosives, or dangerous items.
- Transporting objects that cause discomfort.

7. Passenger Risks and Liability
Flying over the Nazca Lines involves inherent aerial tour risks. The airline assumes liability only in cases of proven negligence. The booking agency is not responsible; disputes must be addressed directly with the airline.
Force Majeure: The airline is not liable for disruptions caused by weather or air traffic. If a flight has departed and is shortened due to weather, no refunds will be issued.

8. Security Measures
If the pilot or staff determines that a passenger poses a security risk, boarding may be denied or disembarkation requested. The airline will refund the fare to the booking agency minus a 10% fee. The agency retains its commission.

9. Airline’s Responsibility
If the airline cancels a flight or refuses boarding for operational reasons, its sole responsibility is to refund the amount paid to the booking agency. No additional compensation will be provided.

10. Luggage and Valuables
- Do not include valuables (cash, jewelry, electronics), fragile or easily damaged items in luggage.
- These items are not eligible for compensation in case of loss or damage.
- Lost tickets are non-refundable and will not be reissued.
Weather-related disruptions after takeoff are non-refundable (force majeure).
